Sizes
Standard is not in our vocabulary at our company. We strive to give our customers a complete choice so they obtain an item that is truly one of a kind. Common sizes range from 4" x 6", 12" x 18" and 16" x 14" to 2'x 3', 3’ x 6', 3' x 5', 4' x 6', 5’ x 8', and 6’ x 10'. Whatever size you require, we’ll endeavour to make and do so in a timely manner.
Double or Single Sided Print
Images and words need to be considered carefully before they are printed on the product. Symbols and pictures may not be conveyed correctly if only printed on one side, which is why we specialise in both double and single sided printing.
Colours
Black, blue, pink, green or beige- our PMS colour chart enables custom flag colour diversity. Don’t choose a standard colour from a predefined list and get a personalised look and feel with our unique products.

Durable Materials
When designing your product, you will need to consider the best type of material. Where the item is to be flown will determine the type of material needed. Ensure you take into account weather considerations and durability. If you want your product to last years after manufacture, you will need to choose the strongest polyester.
At our company, a custom flag can be made from one of three types of polyester for budget, promo use and durability.
100D Woven Polyester
This type of material should be chosen for short term flag use. Woven polyester is the least expensive material and is designed for special events or promotional giveaways. The life expectancy for a flag made from woven polyester is short.
We recommend silk screening and dye sublimation printing techniques as the ink will bleed through to the other side.
200D Knitted Polyester
This type of material will last longer that woven polyester and is one of the strongest materials in the industry. If you wish to fly your product daily, this material would be the perfect choice.
At our company, we recommend silk screening, dye sublimation and digital printing techniques. The print will bleed through to the other side and become visible in a reverse pattern.
500D Spun Polyester
Spun polyester is the most durable material on the market. Although slightly more expensive than woven polyester, this material will last years after manufacture. If you wish to fly your flag on a daily basis, consider spun polyester material.
We recommend silk screening and dye sublimation as print will bleed through to the other side and become visible in a reverse pattern. Do not choose spun polyester for your item if you require digital printing.
Quality Single/Double Sided
When ordering a custom flag, you must consider the printing. With our company you can have your item printed on single or double sides . Single sided print is the most common as it is less expensive than detailed double sided printing.
Printing on one side is inexpensive, but it also means the dye will bleed through. If you choose the correct materials the dye will bleed through to appear on the other side, but in reverse. The one sided custom flag is easier to produce as there is less material, printing and sewing involved. One sided items are not as durable and will suffer wear and tear easily.
A double sided custom flag ensures both sides are of high quality. Images are printed on two flags and sewn together. Sometimes double sided items are sewn with a middle liner to stop the see-through effect, making them 3 ply for ultimate durability. Double sided flags will not have the bleed through effect from the dye but will be heavy in comparison to the single sided flags.
